We have a couple of dependencies when you sign up or invite your friends or colleges to the product. We depend on some really great providers to give us a hand with some of the signup work.

One of those providers will be doing some updates on their end, and everything should continue to work seamlessly. Resolved - Authentication is working again. No data was lost or delayed. The database maintenance that led to this issue will be rescheduled while the root cause is researched.

Identified - During routine database maintenance, an issue occurred that is preventing authentication. Data is being collected, no data loss is expected. We are currently investigating.

Resolved - Total incident time was approximately one minute. During this time, users may have been logged out and unable to log in.

Investigating - A routine database update was rolled out today, this is causing some authentication issues when trying to log into the system. We are aware of the issue and have a team working on it right now. We apologize for any inconvenience.
